Dogs and cats, just like humans, must be protected against the many potentially fatal diseases which are caused by bacteria and viruses. This is done via correct vaccination procedures. At the Clínica Veterinaria Mediterránea, we adjust vaccination plans to the animals needs, and assess risk according to the animals normal habitat.

 

The age at which vaccination begins must be respected by following the advice of the vet, as well as the recommended vaccination plan. If not, the vaccines efficacy will be severely diminished. So much so that our team will assess the situation by keeping in mind that an isolated vaccine will not necessarily confer protection against disease; rather, what is needed is the grouping of vaccines in a VACCINATION PLAN in order to ensure maximum protection.
